The Mi watch is the first smartwatch by Xiaomi, and it looks wondrous. The rectangular design is not new but looks great.
We can notice right away that the watch is a bit boxier, and gives a sturdy look. The watch features an aluminium alloy frame and swappable straps. It comes with a decent 1.78 Inches AMOLED display with 4D curved sapphire glass which makes the watch scratch-resistant.
The Mi Watch comes with WiFi, BlueTooth and GPS out of the box, and runs the Qualcomm Wear 3100.
It also comes with a speaker, mic and eSim capabilities and a 570 mAh battery. The watch comes with autonomous music playback functionality, Xiao AI voice assistance, separate app store and pre-installed apps.
The Mi Watch is priced at 1,299 Yuan or 13,000 INR for the base and 1,999 or 20,000 INR for the sapphire variant. The watch comes in silver and black colours and will go on sale from 11th November, in China. For now, we don’t have the Indian release date but will update as soon as we get it.
