After launching the Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M30 in India, Samsung has expanded the Galaxy M series and launched the Galaxy M40 in India today.
The Galaxy M40 is priced at Rs 19,990 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The Galaxy M40 is the fourth smartphone in the popular Galaxy M-series. It will sit above the Galaxy M30 as far as hierarchy goes.

Display: The Galaxy M40 gets a 6.3-inch Full HD+ TFT display and the punch-hole cutout is on the top left corner.
Software: The Galaxy M40 runs on Samsung’s One UI based on Android 9.0 Pie.
Processor: The M40 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 2.0 GHz octa-core processor built on 11nm technology and is paired with a Adreno 612 GPU.
RAM and Storage: The Galaxy M40 comes with the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
Rear Cameras: Galaxy M40 gets a 32-megapixel primary camera alongside a 8-megapixel wide-angle camera and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.
Front Cameras: The Galaxy M40 will sport a 16-megapixel selfie camera at the front with support for Live Focus.

The Galaxy M40 comes with Full HD Plus IPS LCD Infinity-O display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, which is probably going to be the biggest highlight about the device.
