After some successful launches in the budget segment such as the Realme 2 and the Realme 3 series, the brand is set to launch an all-new series namely Realme 5. The new devices are to be launched on the 20th of August and will be available via Flipkart. There will be more than one devices with one of them being the Realme 5 Pro.
Realme 5 Pro Specifications
The Realme 5 Pro runs on the latest Android v9 Pie. It has a huge 4500 mAh battery with Fast Charging. It contains the Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 Octa-core Processor. It features a 6.53 inches big, bezel-less display with a waterdrop notch on top.
It has 6 GB of RAM and128 GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 256 GB.
The camera setup looks like 48 MP + 8 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP Quad Rear Cameras with a 16 MP Front Camera.
This Quad setup includes a portrait lens, a wide-angle lens and this time also a macro lens which can be the first time in a mid-ranger.
The device is said to be launched at 19,999 INR and the younger brother, the Realme 5 can start somewhere around 10,000 INR.
This surely increases competition in the mid-range segment. With some great devices like the Redmi Note 7 Pro, Samsung’s A50 and M30, Poco F1, Realme’s very own Realme X and many more, this market is going to be very interesting and exciting after this release.
