Apple has confirmed its launch event to be held in September. Apple’s new 2018 iPhones will be launched on September 12. Apple has sent invitations to the media for joining the launch event of new iPhones. The launch event will be held in the new campus at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino. The media invitation has a golden ring image that looks like a power button. The event will start at 10am local time. That means we can watch the launch event in India at 10:30 pm on September 12.
According to the recent leaks the primary iPhone will be called as iPhone XS, In this, S means it is the successor of the iPhone X that was launched last year. This may come with the steel and glass body. Apart from this, the design is likely similar to the iPhone X. The phone will come with a better cameras. It will be powered by Apple A12 processor. The IPhone XS can come with 5.8 inch OLED screen.
There is also a Plus variant of the iPhone XS. It can be called as the iPhone XS Plus. It will have a 6.5-inch OLED screen. The battery capacity of the iPhone XS Plus will also be higher. This phone will also come with steel and glass body, dual-camera setup on the rear, face id etc. Both the iPhone XS and the iPhone XS Plus can come with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage on the base variant.
The third phone is going cheaper model. This phone can come with a 6.1-inch ips LCD screen. The design of this phone will be a little less premium than the iPhone XS. It many come aluminum body and it may not come with the 3D screen.
All the three smartphones will come with iOS 12 out of the box. According to the news, these smartphones will come in black, white, blue, gray, orange and red colors. All the three iPhones will come with the 7nm A12 chipset.
Apple can also launch Apple Watch and MacBook Air with Retina Display in this event on September 12.
