Apple is ready to launch three iPhone X 2018 models in September in which two iPhones will be coming with OLED displays a 6.5-inch and 5.8-inch models. The low end model will be coming with 6.1-inch IPS LCD panel. As per 9to5Mac report one iphone could come with a dual-SIM option. Now a report from Taiwan’s United Daily News says that the dual-SIM option will be available only on the low end model that is the 6.1-inch LCD iPhone model. From the previous sources we thought that the dual-SIM iPhone will be exclusively to India but the report claims that the dual-SIM variant is expected to be exclusively limited  for China, which means Apple may not launch the dual-SIM iPhone model in India.

Foxconn who manufactures and assembles Apple products told to the Taiwan’s United Daily News that new iPhone 2018 models that are currently been manafactured have four separate codes. These include, 801, 802, 803, and 804. The fourth code 804 is rumored to  be the 6.1-inch IPS LCD dual-SIM variant.

A reference to “second SIM status” and “second SIM tray status” was spotted by 9to5Mac in iOS 12 5th beta developer code.

Though Apple has not confirmed anything about the dual-SIM variant officially we cannot say whether Apple will restrict the dual-SIM variant only for China or it will be made available in select markets.

With the launch of three new iPhone models, Apple will also be launching the Apple Watch series 4 in september. Rumours also claims a new AirPods 2, iPad andMacBook Air 2018 could be launched at the event as well.

Just like the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus The low end LCD variant is expected with a metal back design. Then it will not support wireless charging. According to KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claims the cheapest version of iPhone X will come with a stronger display and comes with Cover Glass Sensor (CGS) process which the display will be much thinner. Rumors says that the phone could ditch the 3D Touch.
