Some reports suggest that Apple will launch its new AirPods wireless earphones later this month.
These Airpods are said to be called Airpods Pro, and they will feature active noise cancellation. The new Airpods are said to be priced around 8,000 Taiwanese Dollars which is approximately INR 18,500. The price is not inclusive of all taxes and can go higher.
This report about the Airpods Pro sources back to a Chinese newspaper, the China Economic Daily, and was recognised by MacRumors.
The AirPods Pro is said to feature a fresh design with metal body parts to help dissipate heat, but there are no proofs to support this claim yet. But if this is to be real, Apple can reveal the Airpods Pro at a rumoured press event in October itself.
With some leaks from the past, the Airpods Pro will have short stems and rubber ear tips, and the charging case would also be different, with a smaller design.
Some rumoured improvements and features include activity tracking, water resistance, biometric sensing, better battery life and multiple listening moded.
